Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than ten years of clinical experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and families. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with a focus on helping clients develop the skills and confidence needed to navigate life's challenges and achieve their goals.

I am a certified facilitator in both Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) and Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), allowing me to support caregivers in strengthening attachment relationships and promoting healthy social-emotional development in children.

Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, emotional dysregulation, suicidal ideation, and non-suicidal self-injury. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My clinical practice integrates evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, to help clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and enhance interpersonal effectiveness.

I am passionate about helping children, teens, and young adults develop resilience, strengthen relationships, and achieve lasting emotional wellness. I believe that every individual possesses unique strengths, and I work collaboratively with clients and families to foster growth, healing, and positive change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is primarily an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, trusting therapeutic relationship. We will review important privacy and practice policies, discuss what brought you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from counseling. You will have an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about what you can expect from the therapy process.
