Great to meet you!
I work with men and women entering established adulthood (typically 25) through those who have entered middle life (up to age 55). My clients appear capable and successful on the outside yet feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure how to slow down internally. Many of my clients are thoughtful, responsible, and highly independent, but find themselves stuck in cycles of overthinking, self-criticism, over-functioning, or autopilot without joy or intention. They sense something is missing, even if they can’t name it.
I help by creating a grounded, compassionate space where you can explore your current stressors while uncovering older patterns that once protected you but now hold you back. My work is person-centered and shaped by depth psychology, Internal Family Systems, Gesalt, CBT, ACT, mindfulness practices, somatic integration, and breathwork.
With a second master’s degree in liberal theology, I welcome conversations that honor your evolving spiritual nature, whether rooted in faith, doubt, deconstruction, or personal meaning-making.
Outside of session, I recharge through strength training, meditation, and time with my kids. I love e-biking and traveling with my partner, walking our dogs to Liberty Park, and savoring slow moments of porch-sitting with a coffee and good book or journal. These practices support my rhythm and balance, allowing me to show up with presence and clarity for the people I work with.
