Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dawn, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a down-to-earth and relatable approach to therapy. I believe people deserve a space where they can show up exactly as they are, without judgment, pressure, or having to pretend everything is fine. My style is compassionate, direct, and genuine, and I use humor when it helps people feel more comfortable and connected.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, burnout, trauma, and life transitions, and I focus on helping clients feel more confident, grounded, and supported in everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy should be more than just talking about problems, it should help people better understand themselves, build healthier coping skills, improve relationships, and create meaningful change.

I balance emotional support with honest feedback and real-life strategies. I want therapy to feel productive, human, and tailored to what actually works for you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you to therapy right now. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or know exactly where to start. We’ll discuss your goals, current stressors, and what you hope to get out of therapy.

Clients can expect a welcoming and relaxed environment where they feel heard, respected, and comfortable being themselves. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling understood and more hopeful about moving forward.
