Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. Since 2014, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, adults, and families in a variety of settings, including outpatient care and residential treatment. My work has included helping clients navigate life transitions, manage anxiety and depression, strengthen relationships, and build resilience—always with a focus on lasting transformation.

I draw from a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My style is holistic—attending to the body, mind, and spirit—because true healing happens when every part of who we are is considered. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can find hope, clarity, and empowerment in your journey forward.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a journey of transformation where you can discover more about yourself and step into your true potential. My approach is collaborative and whole-person, focusing on the body, mind, and spirit. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailoring each session to meet your needs most closely in your current life stage.

Because faith can be such a significant source of strength and meaning, I also offer the option of incorporating a Christian perspective for those who desire it. This creates space for both emotional and spiritual healing, helping you build resilience, develop healthier patterns of thought and behavior, and strengthen your sense of identity. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can heal, grow, and move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a space of honesty, curiosity, and support. I offer a unique perspective and understanding that helps guide clients through their process of change. From my experience, embracing the truth is what truly sets us free and often becomes the catalyst for growth. Together, we will explore two key questions: Do you want to change, and are you ready to do the work that makes change possible? If your answer is yes, then you’ll find me to be a counselor who will walk alongside you with both compassion and accountability.
