Welcome! I’m delighted you’re here. Since 2014, I have had the privilege of working in various environments dedicated to transformation and personal growth. My journey has included guiding children, adults, families, and those facing substance abuse challenges, as well as working in residential treatment centers. I draw from a diverse toolbox of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My holistic approach embraces the body, mind, and soul of each individual, fostering healing and empowerment.

Therapy serves as a transformative experience for clients, offering them the opportunity to learn more about themselves and evolve into their true potential. The aim is to facilitate a journey of change and healing, ultimately leading to increased resilience and a secure sense of self. The therapeutic process is designed to guide clients toward personal growth and empowerment.

From my experience, embracing the truth is what truly sets us free and often serves as a catalyst for change.
