Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dawn. I work with women who are juggling a lot — whether that’s motherhood, relationships, career pressures, or simply the weight of trying to hold everything together.

Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stretched thin, or unsure how to create space for themselves in the middle of caring for everyone else. If you’ve been running on empty or wondering how to feel more like yourself again, you’re not alone.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change starts with feeling truly heard. Clients describe me as warm, supportive, and easy to open up to. Our work together is collaborative — we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, identify patterns that may be adding stress, and build practical tools to help you feel more steady and confident. I aim to create a space where you can be honest about the hard parts of womanhood, parenting, and life transitions without judgment.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping will feel different in your life. You can expect a relaxed, compassionate conversation and a space that feels safe and grounded. Over time, many clients notice they feel more balanced, clearer about their needs, and more empowered in their relationships — not just managing stress, but learning how to care for themselves in the process!
