Great to meet you!

Welcome! I see clients in Illinois and Connecticut.

Therapy starts with a supportive relationship to best understand and support the goals of each client.

I see a range of clients and issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, medical issues, caregiver stress and life transitions. I worked in oncology for over a dozen years, and also specialize in cancer support and survivorship for patients and families. And I welcome clients who want to incorporate their faith and spirituality into their counseling.

My approach to therapy

Because everyone is unique, I incorporate various methods into our work to support your goals and needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and trauma focused therapy.

What you can expect from me

My clinical efforts are driven by a genuine interest in helping people feel and function better. My style is respectful and down to earth.

In an introductory sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to draw the map of where you would like to go.
