Great to meet you!

I am a Florida-licensed mental health clinician with specialized training in trauma, addiction, grief, and emotional regulation. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Master Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP), with additional certifications as a Certified Trauma Treatment Professional (CTTP), Certified Grief Professional, and Certified Anger Management Specialist. My clinical work focuses on helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma recovery, grief, and life transitions using a compassionate and whole-person approach to healing. I believe therapy should be a safe, respectful space where each person feels heard, supported, and empowered to move forward toward their best self.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe each person’s story, experiences, and strengths are unique, so I tailor treatment to meet the individual needs and goals of each client. My work integrates evidence-based approaches to support individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, and anger management, while also focusing on building healthy coping skills, emotional regulation, and resilience.

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences and developing insight into patterns that may be impacting their well-being. Together, we work to identify practical strategies, strengthen personal strengths, and support lasting change so individuals can move forward toward a healthier and more balanced life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to be a welcoming, supportive, and non-judgmental space where they can begin sharing their story at their own pace. During this session, we will discuss what has brought them to therapy, review relevant background information, and identify the concerns or challenges they would like to work on. Together, we will begin identifying initial goals for treatment and explore the strengths, supports, and coping strategies that may help guide the process. My goal is to ensure clients leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path forward, with a clear understanding of how we can work together to support their growth and healing.
