Great to meet you!

I’m a pragmatic therapist who offers a blend of straightforward, solution-focused strategies and skills that foster deeper insight and self-awareness. My aim is to create a warm, welcoming, and safe space for exploration, growth, and healing. Clients often describe me as nurturing and compassionate, yet direct—with a no-nonsense approach that cuts through the noise.

My clinical experience spans a variety of settings such as inpatient units, residential treatment centers, intensive outpatient programs, and private practice.

My approach to therapy

With extensive training in Cognitive Therapy, I also draw from a range of psychological perspectives, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), 12-Step recovery principles, and addiction treatment frameworks. I am currently working towards EMDR certification.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect a balance of practical tools and deeper insight to help you navigate life’s challenges more effectively. I offer a supportive, grounded space where you can feel safe, understood, and gently challenged. My approach is direct, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based practices, with a focus on real, lasting change. Whether you're seeking clarity, emotional relief, or personal growth, we’ll set goals that align with your needs and values.
