Great to meet you!

I am local to Tuolumne County, and I have been working in the field of Behavioral Health for over 25 years.

My experience started in a Special Education Classroom, and school-based services. I moved into rehabilitation support as Bachelors level paraprofessional.

I have worked in local county services from County Behavioral Health, The Court System, Domestic Violence Services, and Indian Health Services.

My approach to therapy

I am oriented towards many interventions; however, my core orientation is in depth psychology, humanistic, somatic awareness, and integrative care.

I am versed in Trauma aware therapy. Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Aspects of Depth Psychology, and Somatic Awareness. My focus continues to adapt and adjust to patient need.

What you can expect from me

In our initial session, I use the time to create a safe, and approachable space. One of my goals is to gather information and inform. We will discuss the therapeutic process, relationship, mandates and disclosures.
