Great to meet you!

I’m a compassionate and dedicated therapist who believes that healing begins when you feel safe enough to be honest, understood, and truly heard.

My goal is to create a judgment-free space where you can explore your emotions, understand your experiences, and develop the tools needed to create meaningful and lasting change.

I believe therapy is not about changing who you are—it is about helping you understand yourself more deeply, heal from what has hurt you, and become more intentional about the life you want to live.

As a therapist, I work with children and adults who may be navigating childhood or present-day trauma, anxiety, unhealthy relationship patterns, emotional challenges, low self-esteem, people-pleasing, and difficulty setting healthy boundaries. I understand that sometimes the very behaviors that once helped us survive can become barriers to the life and relationships we desire.

Healing is possible. Growth is possible. And you deserve support along the way.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach incorporates evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Together, we will work to identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping skills, regulate emotions, strengthen boundaries, and build resilience.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin creating a safe, supportive space for your healing. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you hope to accomplish, and any concerns or challenges you are currently experiencing.
