Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Dayna! I'm a compassionate and understanding person who believes that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued. My background in social work has taught me that everyone has a unique story, and I approach each individual with an open mind, empathy, and a genuine desire to understand their experiences.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, family challenges, and difficult emotions. I value authenticity, connection, and creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, knowing that you'll be met with compassion rather than judgment. My goal is to help you feel understood while discovering your strengths and finding healthier ways to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is centered on creating a warm, safe, and judgment-free space where you feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self. Together, we'll explore your experiences, better understand the thoughts and emotions affecting your well-being, and build on the strengths you already have.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and other techniques tailored to your individual needs. Whether we're working through difficult emotions, exploring patterns in your relationships, or developing healthier coping skills, my goal is to help you navigate life's challenges and move toward the life you want for yourself.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other and helping you feel comfortable. We'll talk about you, your experiences, what's bringing you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from our time together.

You can expect me to listen with empathy, respect your perspective, and work alongside you at a pace that feels right for you. I want our sessions to be a place where you feel heard, supported, and encouraged to grow.
