Great to meet you!

I’m Dayna Long, a dedicated and Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Practice Nurse Practitioner with a rich tapestry of 20 years in healthcare.

My professional journey is a testament to my commitment to patient partnerships, where I empower individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals through a personalized and collaborative approach.

My approach to therapy

At the core of my practice are evidence-based practices, serving as the foundation to bridge the crucial gap between physical and psychological health. I am fueled by a deep passion for culturally competent, trauma-focused and holistic care, recognizing and honoring the unique needs of each person under my care.

What you can expect from me

Patients can expect to leave our sessions with practical solutions to their challenges, helpful resources, and a clear plan for safe and effective psychiatric medication management, if needed, all while feeling supported throughout the process. I currently do not provide talk therapy alone.
