Great to meet you!

Hello!!! I am Dayna Moore. I am an LPCC in CA and an LCPC in NV. With over 6 years of experience and two degrees in counseling, I am dedicated to providing empathetic, adaptable, and client-centered therapeutic support. My practice is grounded in a deep compassion for individuals facing diverse and often challenging life circumstances. With a strong foundation of knowledge and expertise, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client, whether they are involved with the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), transitional-aged youth, individuals re-entering society after incarceration, elderly, or just seeking mental health services. I am able to adapt and be flexible, employing a wide range of therapeutic techniques to address the specific issues my clients face. My resilience and patience allow me to support clients through complex and evolving situations, while my cultural sensitivity and inclusivity ensure that my practice is respectful and responsive to the diverse backgrounds of those I serve.

My approach to therapy

I draw from evidence-based modalities such as CBT, SFBT, and motivational interviewing, tailoring each session to the unique needs of the individual. Whether working with justice-involved adults, transitional-aged youth (18 +), or those navigating systems like DCFS, I offer a compassionate, flexible, and strength-based framework that supports healing, personal growth, and long-term stability. My focus is on building trust, fostering resilience, and empowering clients to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.

What you can expect from me

Overall, clients can expect a therapeutic experience that is compassionate, adaptable, and focused on empowering them to achieve their goals and improve their mental health and quality of life.
