I've worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, college counseling centers, community mental health, substance misuse facilities, as well as with military service members and their families. I've also had a private practice for several years. My eclectic background has afforded me the experience and knowledge to develop the most helpful support for the unique needs of each individual.

My approach in therapy will help you explore possibilities for a better quality of life including managing stress, anxiety, and depression or working to improve your relationships with others, I work to understand your needs and progress toward your goals.

I'm experienced in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
