Great to meet you!

I've spent over a decade helping people navigate challenges that can affect how they feel about themselves, their relationships, and their everyday lives. My experience includes working with individuals facing anxiety, stress, family conflict, parenting concerns, and difficulties with confidence and self-esteem. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel comfortable being honest about what you're experiencing, without worrying about being judged. I bring warmth, curiosity, and an open mind to our conversations, and I want to understand what matters most to you. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, feel more confident in yourself, and take meaningful steps toward the changes you want to make.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when we take the time to understand what's going on in your life and work together to figure out what might help. I'll ask questions, listen to your perspective, and help you explore the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that may be contributing to your challenges. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you develop a better understanding of how your thoughts and behaviors influence one another, while building practical strategies to manage stress, navigate relationships, and approach difficult situations differently. My approach is collaborative and focused on helping you make progress toward goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I'd like to get to know you and understand what brought you to therapy. We'll talk about what you've been experiencing, any challenges you'd like support with, and what you're hoping to work toward. I'll ask questions to learn more about your background and what's important to you, and we'll begin identifying goals for our time together. You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet. My priority is to create an open, comfortable environment where we can start building trust and determine how I can best support you.
