Great to meet you!

Life can be hard. Don’t struggle alone - I’m here to help! I have over 15 years of experience working with young children, parents, families, and those unsure of their parenting future. My specialty is supporting parents (or potential future parents) to process their own childhood and family of origin dynamics, in order to help them make the best decisions they can for their families. I love working with parents before, during, and after pregnancy.

I schedule free 15 minute consult calls for prospective clients on Fridays. You can either scheduled a time through Headway or contact me directly to schedule.

Please note that my availability for all other appointments is Monday-Thursday, 9am-2:30pm.

My approach to therapy

I have extensive training and experience in attachment relationships, childhood trauma, and perinatal/postpartum challenges. I am rostered in Child Parent Psychotherapy, a trauma-focused play-based dyadic approach for young children. I’m also EMDRia-trained in EMDR trauma therapy. I specialize in working with young children (0-5) with their parents, and also with adults individually.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that every client will feel comfortable with the process of therapy. Whether it’s your first time seeing a counselor, or your hundredth, I will offer you the same respect, compassion, and partnership in achieving your therapeutic goals. I would be honored to support you in this part of your journey!
