My role as your therapist is to help you face and overcome your fears. It is important for me to create a safe, non-judgmental and supportive environment for all my clients. My approach to therapy

I have experience in helping clients with anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, trauma and abuse, eating disorders, depression and LGBTQ+ issues. I have 7+ years of experience utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and solution-focused therapy.
