I earned my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree from Wilkes University and have been a NP for over nine years, specializing in primary care. My practice focuses on supporting individuals with a variety of mental health concerns, including insomnia, anxiety, and depression.
I believe that listening deeply to my patients and understanding their needs makes all the difference in providing effective and compassionate care.
During our first session, I take the time to get to know you, your story, what brings you in, and what goals you hope to achieve. We’ll talk about your experiences, strengths, and any challenges you’re currently facing in a comfortable, judgement free space. My goals i to help you feel heard, understood, and supported as we begin to build a plan that firs your needs moves you toward healing and balance.
