My approach to therapy

My Therapy approach is person centered approach, CBT approach helping people identify and change negative thought patterns that can lead to emotional behavioral issues.

What you can expect from me

My clients can gain valuable tools to identify and challenge negative thought patterns, learn practical strategies to manage difficult emotions, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and ultimately my hope is that they are able to improve their ability to respond to challenging situations in a more positive and effective way.
