I’m a double board-certified Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for supporting individuals through their mental health and overall wellness. I specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, poor concentration, hormonal optimization, military-related challenges, alcohol and substance use disorder, post traumatic-stress disorder, and more. I embrace integrative, whole person care that recognizes the interconnectedness, partnering with each patient to create personalized treatment tailored for each individual unique needs and goals.
