Great to meet you!
Life can feel overwhelming when you're holding it together for everyone else, whether at work, at home, or during a major life transition. Anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, and mood changes can make it hard to feel like yourself, even when you're doing everything right on the outside.
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of psychiatric experience, I provide thoughtful, collaborative care for adults across Texas, especially those navigating demanding careers, caregiving responsibilities, stress, burnout, and life transitions.
Outside of work, I'm drawn to quiet moments and time near the water—both help me stay grounded and present. Over the years, I've learned the importance of protecting your well-being and creating a life that feels sustainable, not just productive. That perspective shapes how I live and how I care for my patients.
I believe mental wellness isn't just about managing symptoms when they become unmanageable. It's about building resilience, improving daily functioning, and creating a sustainable path forward.
