Great to meet you!

Open-minded and approachable social worker who looks forward to collaborating with clients who are motivated to grow and address a wide range of personal challenges.

My approach to therapy

A supportive conversation focused on life stressors, helping clients identify potential underlying causes and develop effective skills and strategies to promote personal growth and well-being.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, curious, and collaborative first session focused on getting to know them in their own words. I will ask open-ended questions that allow clients the space to share their story, what brings them to therapy, and what they hope to gain from the process. The first session is also a time for us to explore whether my style is a good fit for their needs, just as much as they are deciding if therapy with me feels right for them.
