Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience, working with adults and couples in individual therapy. I draw from Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support clients facing ADHD, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, grief and loss, self injury, spirituality, substance use, and trauma or PTSD.

My approach to therapy

You can expect an open minded, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. I offer a caring and compassionate presence to help you see your life from a new perspective and explore what is getting in the way of the changes you want. Together, we will focus on helping you move toward the best version of yourself, at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you will learn to identify and clarify what matters most to you, so you can build a clear and realistic plan to move forward. We will set meaningful goals, practice new skills, and regularly check in on your progress. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling more grounded, empowered, and equipped with practical tools you can use in your daily life.
