Great to meet you!

As a mental health therapist, I believe healing happens at the intersection of science and humanity. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices—like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care—but it's guided just as much by warmth, compassion, and the belief that therapy should feel like a conversation, not a clinical exam. I

I am the author of Anxiety You Are Canceled and will be releasing an Anxiety workbook soon!

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with clients, helping them make sense of their experiences and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges. I bring humor into the room not to diminish struggle, but to humanize it. Laughter, even in difficult moments, can be a powerful form of resilience and connection.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, or trauma, I aim to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported—not judged. Therapy with me is a mix of structure and spontaneity, reflection and action. In short: this is serious work, but it doesn’t always have to feel heavy. You’re not alone, and change is possible.
