Great to meet you!

Hi there!

My name is De’Andra LeMalle, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) that takes on a creative and expressive approach to therapy. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In addition to my clinical training, I am certified in Expressive Arts Therapy, Mandala Assessment Research Instrument (MARI), and Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT).

These modalities allow me to incorporate creative and body-centered techniques that help clients explore emotions, experiences, and patterns that may be difficult to express through words alone. My practice focuses on helping individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and identity exploration better understand themselves and process their experiences.

I work with clients who may feel stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next steps. Together, we develop meaningful strategies for healing, emotional regulation, and personal growth in a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is intuitive, open-minded, and holistic. I believe that our bodies often carry and store experiences, including trauma, stress, anxiety, and emotional patterns, and that many of our responses exist beneath the surface of conscious awareness.

In therapy, I work collaboratively with clients to explore both conscious and unconscious experiences, helping them gain insight into how past experiences influence present thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors. From there, we work toward building healthier patterns, improving emotional regulation, and creating a more empowered path forward.

I often integrate creative and expressive methods alongside traditional therapeutic approaches to support deeper self-exploration and emotional processing. My approach is especially helpful for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we begin getting to know one another. I will ask questions to better understand your concerns, experiences, and what has brought you to therapy.

Together, we will start identifying treatment goals that reflect what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process — whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, or life transitions. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable, while also developing a clear direction for the work we will do together.

The first session is an opportunity to build connection, clarify expectations, and begin laying the foundation for meaningful, collaborative therapeutic work focused on healing, growth, and emotional well-being.
