I use a patient centered approach as a provider. Catering a treatment plan that is specific to what you need. Whether you need help after a sudden life event such as death, divorce, or you have been struggling to get things together.
In the first session we will identify the issues in which you need assistance. Then, I would like to get to you know some of your past to assist with your future. Develop a treatment plan which may include medication and/or therapy.
