Great to meet you!

As a proud military spouse of over 27 years and a former military BRAT, I bring a deep understanding of life’s transitions, cultural diversity, and the challenges of constant change. My journey—raising four amazing kids, caring for three fur babies, and moving across the globe—has shaped a compassionate, grounded approach to therapy.

Now based in beautiful Texas and licensed in Colorado, I offer individual psychotherapy to adults and adolescents. My clinical experience includes supporting clients through trauma, substance use, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I believe that every person’s story is powerful and deserves to be heard with empathy and respect.

In and out of the therapy room, I’m passionate about connection—whether I’m exploring new cuisines, visiting museums with my family, baking something from scratch, or diving into a creative project.

Let’s work together to help you find healing, resilience, and growth—on your own terms.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My Approach to Mental Health

I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy—each person’s experience is unique, and their path to healing should reflect that. Your story matters, and I’m here to honor it. My goal is to create a space that is empathetic, nonjudgmental, and empowering—where you feel safe, seen, and supported.

As a military spouse, military BRAT, and mom of four, I understand the complexity of navigating life’s transitions, holding multiple roles, and balancing strength with vulnerability. These life experiences have shaped my belief that resilience can coexist with struggle, and that personal growth often begins with simply being heard.

In our work together, I’ll help you increase self-awareness, find your voice, and make the best decisions for your life—on your terms. Therapy isn’t about fixing you; it’s about helping you reconnect with your own wisdom and strength. We’ll collaborate to find what works best for you in a space grounded in trust and compassion.

What you can expect from our first session

When we work together, you can expect a warm, compassionate, and collaborative environment where your voice matters. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach—your experiences, values, and goals will guide our work. I’ll meet you where you are, honoring your story without judgment and supporting you at your own pace.

Therapy with me is a partnership. We’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and how you can move toward greater clarity, healing, and self-trust. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, facing anxiety or depression, healing from trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you.

As someone with deep personal experience in the military lifestyle and the challenges of balancing multiple roles, I bring both professional insight and lived empathy into the room. My goal is to help you feel safe, understood, heard, and empowered—so you can grow in the ways that matter most to you.
