Great to meet you!

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Child and Family Studies from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (ULL) in 2014. After completing my undergraduate degree, I later received my Master of Science degree in Counseling and Development in 2018 from Texas Woman's University (TWU). I have 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked in various mental health environments, including managed care, a homeless shelter, and inpatient facilities/units in case management, crisis intervention, individual/group counseling, and assessment/intake roles.

My approach to therapy

Through a genuine CBT approach, I utilize techniques that help clients challenge their negative thinking patterns, confront their fears, and develop healthier coping skills to achieve their treatment goals.

What you can expect from me

I believe that it is important to focus on building strong therapeutic rapport to create a safe space for my clients. I strive to excel at serving diverse populations of young adults.
