I am a licensed professional counselor. I graduated from Texas A & M in Commerce, TX with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health in 2020. During my mental health career, I have experience working in multiple settings including private practice, non-profit domestic violence, in patient, PHP, and IOP levels of care.

Central to my work is the therapeutic relationship itself - building trust and fostering a sense of emotional safety are priorities from the first session onward. I aim to empower clients to move forward with greater clarity. I integrate cognitive-behavioral approaches to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions and behaviors. Together we work on identifying unhelpful thinking patterns, building practical skills, and increasing emotional regulation.
