I am a licensed therapist and work to foster a safe and supportive environment where you can feel empowered to explore your thoughts and emotions. I believe that every person's story is unique and emphasize the importance of self-compassion and personal growth in our sessions.

My approach is collaborative, grounded, and tailored to your needs—whether you're working through anxiety, relationship struggles, grief, or life transitions. While I have a foundation in cognitive-behavioral therapy, I use an eclectic approach, drawing from different therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of each client. I believe in the power of collaboration and flexibility in the therapeutic process allowing clients to draw on a diverse toolkit of strategies for healing and growth.

In our sessions, we’ll explore patterns in your thoughts, behaviors, and relationships, and make sense of how your past experiences may be showing up in the present. You can expect to build insight, learn to regulate difficult emotions, strengthen boundaries, and develop tools that support you outside the therapy room. Over time, clients often report feeling more self-aware, more confident in their choices, and more connected to themselves and others.
