Great to meet you!

Thank you for taking the time to visit my page and explore whether I may be the right fit for your journey. I truly love the work I do and consider it both a privilege and a passion to support individuals who are ready to heal, grow, and create meaningful change in their lives.

I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where adolescents and adults can feel heard, understood, and empowered. Whether you are navigating the effects of trauma, managing life's challenges, or seeking greater emotional balance, I am here to help you discover your strengths and move forward with confidence, resilience, and purpose.

My approach to therapy

I am a mindful trauma therapist who integrates yoga therapy to support healing by helping clients reconnect with their bodies, improve regulation, and restore balance. I believe that lasting healing happens when the mind and body work together.

I also incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop practical skills for regulating emotions, tolerating distress, improving relationships, and building a life worth living.

As a trauma therapist, I help clients understand how early attachment experiences and recurring patterns influence their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. By increasing awareness of these patterns, clients can make meaningful changes that support healthier ways of living and connecting with others.

Yoga therapy complements this work by encouraging mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and a calmer, more grounded lifestyle. Through movement, breathwork, and body awareness, clients learn to use their bodies as a resource for managing stress and supporting overall well-being. While these practices can enhance physical and emotional health and may reduce reliance on some interventions for certain individuals, they are not intended to replace prescribed medications. Any decisions about medication should be made in consultation with a qualified medical provider.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a comfortable, supportive environment. We'll spend time discussing your history, your current concerns, and what has brought you to therapy. Together, we'll identify your goals and determine where to begin so that your treatment is tailored to your unique needs.

This session is also a chance for you to ask questions about my approach and learn about the supportive community and resources available through my practice. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space that helps reduce the stigma surrounding therapy and empowers you to view the therapeutic process as an opportunity for growth, healing, and lasting positive change.
