My approach to therapy

I take a strengths-based approach that empowers clients, using Trauma-informed CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral, SMART Recovery and other therapeutic interventions. I deliver these tools in plain language ensuring each session is safe, supportive, and focused on growth.
