Great to meet you!

I believe in the importance of growth and healing for anyone who seeks it. I have worked in a variety of therapeutic settings including community mental health, corrections, crisis intervention, and private practice. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and gender dysphoria. Many of the populations I have worked with have consisted of young adults, couples, and members of the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities.

My approach to therapy

I use a client-centered approach with a psychodynamic focus, although I do adjust my treatment approach/modality according to a client’s individual needs.

What you can expect from me

Therapy should guide clients towards seeing themselves in a more clear, connected, and empathetic way. I want clients to feel good about themselves, ask for what they need, build secure connections, and lean into their strengths while discovering their personal power towards positive change.
