Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and obtained both my bachelor's and master's degrees from Salisbury University. With eight years of professional experience, my practice encompasses individual, family, and group therapy. I have worked extensively in addiction counseling, with military personnel and their families, as well as with school-aged children and adolescents. My background includes over five years of working within school systems, focusing on supporting the needs of young students.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a CBT approach which focuses on changing patterns of thinking and behavior that contribute to psychological distress. It is goal-oriented and emphasizes practical strategies to modify negative thought patterns and behaviors.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take several key benefits and outcomes from sessions. These may include increased self-awareness, improved coping skills, enhanced relationships, improved problem-solving skills, improved emotional regulation as well as an increase in personal growth including confidence and self-esteem. Overall, clients can expect to gain valuable tools, insights, and support that empower them to navigate life's challenges more effectively and achieve greater overall mental and emotional.
