Great to meet you!

My name is Deanna. I am a trauma informed Therapist dedicated to helping individuals fully recover from complex trauma and the devastating aftermath of narcissistic abuse. My work bridges the gap between cutting edge neuroscience and profound depth psychology. I do not believe in surface level band-aids or simply managing symptoms. Instead, I specialize in deep root extraction of trauma. I hold a sacred, nonjudgmental space for you to confront the darkest parts of your experience, break free from toxic, relational cycles, and reclaim your absolute self sovereignty.

My approach to therapy

True healing from narcissistic, abuse, and chronic trauma requires a multidimensional approach that honors the mind, body, and your ancestral story. My practice integrates four powerful modalities to facilitate complete recovery:

Polyvagal Theory: We safely calm and regulate your nervous system, moving your body out of chronic fight, flight, or freeze states so you can finally feel safe in your own skin.

Attachment Theory & Object Relations: We explore and rewire early childhood patterns and internalized voices, uncovering exactly why you are vulnerable to narcissistic dynamics so you can break the cycle for good.

Epigenetics: We address how inherited familial trauma physically manifests in your biology, working to actively rewrite how your body expresses stress and generational wounds.

In-Depth Shadow Work: We journey into your unconscious mind to face, heal, and reintegrate the buried or rejected parts of yourself that trauma forced you to hide, restoring your authentic power.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a gentle, safe landing pad designed to establish absolute safety and trust. We will not rush into a deep dive of your trauma history right away. Instead, we look at where you are currently struggling and map out what survival strategies your body is using to get by. You can expect us to establish a collaborative blueprint for our work together, begin identifying your immediate nervous system triggers, and ensure you have a clear sense of direction and hope for your recovery.
