A bit about my approach to therapy

Clients are the expert of their own lives and therapists are there to learn. My approach is to learn from each client how I can support them on their mental/emotional journey. I work to empower each client that they are more than the sum of thier greatest traumas and they have within them the ability to chart thier path in life.

What you can expect from our first session

I am there to be a listening ear, a cheerleader, but also someone to challenge clients when needed. Clients should walk away feeling empowered, encouraged, and thinking abut the next steps in their life.

Deanna's style is

Empowering
Affirming
Humorous
