Great to meet you!

I earned my master’s degree from Georgia State University and have since worked in a variety of settings supporting individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. I believe that mental health is the foundation of overall well-being, and am passionate about helping people achieve balance and healing in every area of their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to mental health care is compassionate, collaborative, and holistic. I believe that mental health is the foundation of overall well-being, and effective treatment comes from understanding the whole person — not just their symptoms. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered to take an active role in their healing. By combining evidence-based practices with empathy and individualized care, I aim to help each person build resilience, insight, and lasting change

What you can expect from me

During the first visit, clients can expect a welcoming and judgment-free space to share their story and goals. We’ll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brings you to care, and exploring your background, current concerns, and hopes for treatment. I’ll explain my approach, answer any questions, and work with you to develop a plan that feels comfortable and realistic. My goal for the first session is to help you feel heard, supported, and confident that you have a partner in your journey toward better mental health.
