Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver. My experience spans community mental health, domestic violence services, and private practice, supporting adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and patterns of self-doubt or people-pleasing. My clinical approach incorporates somatic techniques and nervous system awareness, and I'm Level 1 certified in clinical hypnosis as I continue to expand my training. I'm passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and feel more confident navigating life's ups and downs.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines nervous system awareness, somatic techniques, and traditional talk therapy to help you better understand your emotions, recognize old patterns, and develop new ways of responding to life's challenges. I believe healing involves both understanding your experiences and learning to feel safer and more grounded in your body. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I see you as the expert on your own life. Together, we'll work toward helping you feel more connected to yourself, your relationships, and the things that bring you joy.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore what you hope to gain from our work together. We'll talk about your experiences, current challenges, and what support might look like for you. You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to start. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable showing up as you are. You don't have to wait until life feels overwhelming to invest in yourself and your well-being.
