As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a specialized focus on supporting individuals and families affected by multiple sclerosis and other chronic medical conditions, I have cultivated a deep commitment to providing compassionate and effective therapeutic interventions.

I have worked in a variety of settings - including outpatient clinics, hospitals, domestic and international schools, and community programs - offering support at all levels of care. My clinical background includes working with a wide range of diagnoses and diverse populations.

While I continue to derive satisfaction from working with individuals facing various concerns that seek therapeutic support, as a therapist who personally lives with MS, I am acutely aware of the profound physical, emotional, and social impact that chronic conditions can have on an individual’s life.

My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and strength-based, incorporating elements of humor to foster a positive and supportive environment. My tools are tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Expressive Arts.

I believe that we all share common needs and aspirations; yet, I acknowledge that our individual life experiences give rise to distinct challenges. Furthermore, I hold the conviction that we all possess unique traits, abilities, and talents that serve as our means to heal, change, and grow.
