I am looking forward to working with you! I graduated from Columbia University School of Social Work, and my specialties include trauma, depression, and all types of anxiety disorders. I have treated adults and adolescents in individual, family and couples counseling.
I am here to make sure you feel supported and validated. I will bring a balance of empathy and acceptance, so we can both be our authentic selves in sessions.
In our first session, we are going to build rapport and take a deeper dive into what is bringing you into therapy. We are here to explore the goals you have, and navigate the setbacks that are keeping you feeling stuck.
