Great to meet you!
If you can't stop thinking about someone — maybe an ex, an affair partner, an unavailable person, or someone who betrayed you — I can help.
This kind of fixation, sometimes called limerence or romantic obsession, can become all-consuming. You may replay the same thoughts or conversations over and over, check their social media, or find yourself constantly wondering what they're doing, thinking, or feeling. Over time, it can interfere with your focus, your relationships, and your ability to feel fully present in your own life.
But it doesn't have to stay that way.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than a decade teaching communication at the university level and leading workshops for organizations across the U.S. I have two master's degrees — one in Communication and one in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I've worked with clients caught in this kind of psychological hold, and I bring both my communication and clinical backgrounds to helping people understand what's keeping them stuck and begin to move forward.
