Great to meet you!

I offer a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can speak openly and move at a pace that feels right for them. I believe healing takes time, and a big part of growth is learning patience and compassion toward yourself. Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded in everyday life, with attention to real challenges such as grief, life changes, anxiety, and feeling emotionally overwhelmed.

I view therapy as a shared process of growth. My role is to support and guide clients as they build self-understanding, confidence, and patience with themselves over time.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is flexible, supportive, and centered on each individual’s needs. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment-based work to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Sessions often include both reflection and practical tools that clients can use in their daily lives.

I believe there is no single path to healing. Growth is not linear, and therapy is tailored to honor where each client is and what feels manageable for them.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your concerns, what you hope to work on, and any questions you may have about the therapy process. I’ll also explain how sessions typically work and what moving forward may look like.

There is no pressure to share everything right away. The first session is about creating comfort, building trust, and beginning a process that encourages patience with yourself as we work toward growth together.
