Great to meet you!

If you’ve been carrying the weight of relationship trauma, insecure attachment patterns, betrayal, or narcissistic abuse — and those old wounds keep showing up in your love life and beyond — I want you to know you’re not alone, and real healing is possible.

I also love supporting women and men who are navigating later-in-life divorce, the changes of menopause, or the tender process of learning how to rebuild, feel like themselves again, and do it on their own terms.

For college-aged students, I’m here to help with the unique pressures of college stress, academic demands, and the often confusing world of dating and early relationships. And for singles in their 30s and 40s who are ready to find love again, I offer a safe space to heal past patterns and build the healthy, secure connection you’ve been wanting.

My style is warm, grounded, and real. I’m easy to talk to and meet you exactly where you are — no judgment, no pressure. Together we’ll gently untangle the patterns that keep you stuck and help you create a life that feels more peaceful, connected, and whole.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I keep things warm, collaborative, and real. I blend gentle attachment-focused work with trauma-informed practices, and we always move at your pace. We’ll use honest conversation, curiosity, and simple tools to help you understand what’s happening in your body, your relationships, and your patterns. There’s no rigid agenda here — just a safe space to explore, heal, and find what actually works for your life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave our time together feeling more grounded, self-trusting, and hopeful about the relationships and life you want. Many clients walk away with clearer boundaries, a deeper understanding of their patterns, and practical tools to handle anxiety, intimacy, and big life transitions with more ease, confidence and understanding about themselves and others, and about life too. Most of all, I hope you’ll feel seen, supported, and genuinely ready to move forward. Please reach out. I'd love to hear your story.
