Great to meet you!

I have been licensed as a clinical social worker (LCSW) for over twenty years, currently hold a role at Stanford Medicine and previously served as Clinical Director at a local non-profit providing school-based counseling services. I have participated in academic research and have presented at various national conferences. I specialize in working with people impacted by medical conditions (person with condition, caregivers, siblings), health care workers, and people in life transitions. I value providing LGBTQIA+ affirming care.

My approach to therapy

I work from a trauma-informed and multi-theoretical perspective, meeting you where you are in your journey so we can together consider various approaches to help you move forward. My style is empathic and direct. I help my clients find self compassion and identify their strengths to optimize our work together.
