Great to meet you!
I’m a compassionate, client‐centered therapist who believes meaningful change begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I work to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. My work has been shaped by years of supporting children, adolescents, families, and adults through life transitions, stress, loss, and emotional growth. Having experienced major life changes myself, including relocation and family loss, I bring both professional insight and genuine empathy to therapy.
I provide individual mental health counseling through a telehealth‐only practice and serve clients ages 6 to 62. I support children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation challenges, parenting concerns, grief, and adjustment to life changes. I enjoy helping clients build coping skills, strengthen self‐awareness, and grow confidence as they move toward positive change.
My professional background includes work as a substance abuse counselor, juvenile justice assessor, adoption specialist, educational leader, and school counselor. Across these roles, I’ve supported individuals with social‐emotional, behavioral, and school‐related concerns, which allows me to offer practical, evidence‐based support tailored to each client’s strengths and experiences.
My approach is strengths‐based and integrates person‐centered counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and solution‐focused strategies. I collaborate with clients to set goals and create meaningful, sustainable progress at a pace that feels right for them. I have a particular interest in supporting military‐connected families, addressing school‐related concerns, and working with parents navigating their child’s transition from high school to post‐secondary life.
