Great to meet you!

I have been providing psychotherapy to individuals and families for over 20 years. I specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, dual diagnosis/substance abuse, low self-esteem, women's issues, and integrative mental health. I work with adolescents and adults. I offer wellness counseling to those interested in integrative therapy. My certification as a Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider and Certified Functional Nutrition Informed Professional allows me to use nutrition and natural therapies to assist my clients in achieving improved mental health.

My approach to therapy

I employ a variety of therapeutic techniques to help clients manage everyday stress and work on resolving past emotional hurts. These techniques are based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a holistic approach to emotional wellness. I am very passionate about educating my clients about stress management skills, mindfulness, and the food-mood connection.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, nurturing environment where they can work on emotional concerns. Sessions are also interactive, where skills are taught and clients are encouraged to set goals from week to week.
