Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply trying to figure out your next steps, you don’t have to navigate it all alone. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, PTSD and life transitions. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, and I want you to feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self without fear of judgment. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, recognize your strengths, and work toward helping you feel more confident, empowered, and connected to what matters most to you. I understand how hard it can feel to reach out, so my hope is to always provide a space where you feel truly heard, supported, and able to create meaningful changes at your own pace!

My approach to therapy

I want to create a space where you feel safe, comfortable, and free to be yourself without fear of judgment. With my years of experience, I have supported people through trauma, domestic violence, anxiety, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and major life changes. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, help you recognize your strengths, and support you as you work through challenges and find what feels right for you. My hope is that therapy feels like a place where you can be heard, feel understood, and grow at your own pace as you build a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling to you.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a friendly and welcoming face! Our first session is really about getting to know each other and helping you feel comfortable. I’ll ask questions that give you space to share what brings you to counseling, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’d like support with, while also getting to know you as a person and not just your concerns. I’ll share a little about myself and how I work, and together we’ll begin creating a plan around the goals and areas that feel most important to you. Most importantly, there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. We’ll take it one step at a time.
