Great to meet you!

I believe each of us has the capacity to grow, heal, and become our best selves, Taking this first step toward improving your mental health is an act of courage. With over 30 years of experience, I've developed a deep passion for helping individuals and families navigate relationship challenges--especially those involving blended families and divorce.

My approach to therapy

Each of us has a unique story to share and a deep need to be heard and understood. When we choose to work together, we will begin a shared therapeutic journey. Building trust is essential, as it allows for open communication and meaningful healing. Along the way, I will both support you and challenge you as you grow.

What you can expect from me

We always begin with an introductory session where you'll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Together, we will clarify your goals and the path forward. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel comfortable being open and vulnerable. In the sessions that follow, we will focus on working toward the goals you have set for yourself.
