Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working with adults from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. I aim to create a space where clients feel understood, respected, and free from judgment. I work collaboratively and believe therapy should meet you where you are. My goal is to support you in gaining clarity and confidence as you navigate what brought you to therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is reflective, grounding, and strengths-based. I work collaboratively with clients to explore patterns, gain new perspective, and identify meaningful next steps. I adapt the pace and structure of sessions based on each client’s needs, balancing space for reflection with practical support. I focus on helping clients build insight and confidence in a way that feels manageable and supportive.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brought you to therapy. I aim to create a calm, supportive environment where you can share at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin to identify goals and what you’d like to get out of therapy, without pressure to have everything figured out right away. The first session is about building comfort, clarity, and a sense of direction.
