Great to meet you!

I have been working with families for over 30 years in various capacities. As a foster mother, an advocate and organizer for domestic violence situations, as well as an advocate for families involved with the DHHS. I have my undergraduate in Psychology and my Masters in Clinical Social Work. I have been a licensed LCSW since 2011. I have been licensed in Montana and am currently licensed in Colorado.

I believe I am very effective in helping with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD and a variety of other concerns. I primarily use CBT, IFS, and I am certified in EMDR.

My approach to therapy

I am usually a direct therapist. I like to offer people education and understanding of their concerns as well as origin of behaviors in order to break patterns and move forward. I feel I am empathic but feel it is my role to empower people to move forward out of the situation or ineffective way of thinking.

What you can expect from me

I like to have my session client driven. I like them to identify where they want to go and their goal. I like to think I am the guide and help them discover who they really are or want to be.
